Synopsis

After October 7th, 2023, more and more Israelis have been struggling even harder to hold everyone’s humanity in Israel and Palestine. Is their dual loyalty a threat or the biggest hope for this place? Based on personal reflections from the moment she became aware of the situation at the age of twelve, Alexia Tsouni shows different activities of Jewish groups in Israel, against the massacre that the government perpetrates in Gaza.

Alexia Tsouni

Alexia Tsouni is a Greek director and a member of both Women in Film & Television Greece, and the Greek Documentary Association. She is also president of the feminist-artistic-activist “FemArtAct” social cooperative enterprise for collective and social benefit. She has directed 9 films, all produced by FemArtAct, which have won awards in Greece and abroad, including the Swiss Embassy Award for Peace at the Naples Human Rights Film Festival 2024.
