Seven people of different origins meet in London and explain to us where they come from and what they are escaping from, the tragic events of their lives. It seems that they are already safe, but their problems are complex: alienation, racism, loneliness, endless asylum procedures without permission to work in the middle of the night, uncertainty about the future, and the alienation of family and home. Little by little, we reconstruct seven dramatic stories, seven desperate battles for freedom and dignity.
