IMPACTE! Festival presents a Professional Session on the defense of freedom of expression in cinema, which will include the first presentation in Spain of the International Coalition for Filmmakers at Risk (ICFR), an organization that works . behalf of filmmakers who suffer persecution, imprisonment or torture because of their creative activity

The presentation of the ICFR will be followed by a conversation with film historian and director of the Filmoteca de Catalunya until last year, Esteve Riambau, on censorship and reinterpretation of recent history in the Spanish film production of the last 50 years.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Catalan Film Academy (ACC), Catalunya Film Festivals and Acció>Cinema.
